Gray's Precision Plumbing

1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling, requesting, or receiving plumbing services from Gray's Precision Plumbing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all service work performed at residential and commercial properties in our service area.

2. Services

Gray's Precision Plumbing provides licensed plumbing services including but not limited to repairs, installations, inspections, drain cleaning, water heater services, and emergency plumbing. All work is performed by licensed and insured plumbing professionals.

Estimates and Quotes

Written estimates are provided prior to beginning any work. Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. If hidden or unforeseen conditions are discovered during work, we will notify the customer and obtain approval before proceeding with any additional scope or cost.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
• Accounts unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
• Customer is responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees, if payment is not made.

4. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. Labor performed by Gray's Precision Plumbing is warranted against defects in workmanship for one (1) year from the date of service completion, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Parts and Materials

Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and materials supplied by Gray's Precision Plumbing. Warranty coverage for parts varies by manufacturer. Parts supplied by the customer are not covered under any workmanship or parts warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
• Pre-existing conditions not related to our work
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by acts of nature, flooding, freezing, or other external events
• Work performed on customer-supplied materials or fixtures

5. Access and Site Conditions

Customer agrees to provide safe, clear access to the work area. Gray's Precision Plumbing is not responsible for damage to property that was pre-existing or that results from conditions beyond our control (e.g., deteriorated pipes, hidden rot, or substandard original construction). We will take reasonable care to protect your property during service.

6. Permits and Code Compliance

When required by local ordinance, Gray's Precision Plumbing will obtain the appropriate permits for work performed. Permit fees, if applicable, will be included in the estimate. We perform all work in compliance with applicable Ohio plumbing codes and regulations.

7. Cancellations and Scheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Service calls where our technician arrives and cannot access the property, or the appointment is cancelled without adequate notice, may be subject to a service call fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gray's Precision Plumbing's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lorain County, Ohio.

10. Changes to These Terms

Gray's Precision Plumbing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
