We use two-way SMS/text messaging to communicate with our customers about plumbing and service-related matters. Messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, scheduling confirmations, invoice notifications, promotions, estimates, follow-up questions about your plumbing needs, and responses to customer inquiries or support requests.

Message and Data Rates Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier. We do not charge you for our SMS messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and needs. You can expect to receive between 1–4 messages per month, but this may be higher during active service periods or if you initiate a conversation.
